Discussing and Debating Insurance Risk
This Construction Liveries Group Symposium was held on Friday, 20th February 2026, with views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Experts from academia, insurance and heritage conservation discussed challenges in the sector.
The event featured three focussed sessions:

Academics and an insurance expert examined modern materials and post-Grenfell mitigation.

Historic building specialists considered ways to reduce losses and premiums.

Professionals assessed market risks and claims management.
The symposium offered valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and professionals in the built environment. It was organised by the Construction Liveries Group with support from the City of London Corporation and the Lady Mayor.
